My dog has a plastic dog bowl and I find that the water in it goes a funny color

Plastic dog bowls are quite cheap however I wouldn't recommend using them. Plastic absorbs toxins and this could cause health problems for your dog. Also dogs are natural chewers and they will more than likely chew a plastic bowl when left to their own devises. I would invest a bit more money on a metal dish, they are clean, long lasting, indestructible and safe.

This prevents stray animals from entering your home, as well as pets that you don't want leaving to get outside.

How do I know what size pet door I need? - Pets - Others

You will need 2 measurements to help find the right sized pet door: • measure your pet at their widest point to get door width• measure your pet from the top of the shoulders to the ground to get height measurements Make sure to add an extra inch or two to these measurements just to be on the safe side. I would hate for you to order a door and then realize that your pet cannot fit through it comfortably.

If you rub your dog's fur and you feel a hard bump, you should try to pull the fur back and investigate, the bump will not move as it is busy eating from your dog's blood. If you see that the lump has 8 legs then it is more than likely a tick and you should remove it as soon as possible.
