Some animals are quite happy to be bathed, groomed, trimmed, and blow dried without the use of a muzzle, but others may have an aggressive or nervous disposition which makes a muzzle a good idea. If you are using a grooming salon, take your animal a couple of times (without actually having anything done) so that they can become familiar with the environment. These first visits will give you a reasonaby good indication of how your pe will react when they DO go in to be groomed.
