Are some toys dangerous for cats to play with?

Keep string, rubber bands, plastic, tape away from cats. They can swallow them and have complications and die. My cat loves plastic and tape and I will hear him chewing and I rush over there and hide the plastic. He licks the tape on boxes and tries to eat it, so I hide those boxes with tape. I've been lucky he had eaten plastic and I only found it in his litter box so I am glad it didn't affect him, thats how I found out to hide these things. Any thing that they can eat and choke on. Try to baby cat proof. Anything that fits in a toilet paper roll.
