My cat's collar came off she's a hyper cat and I'm trying to find a way to get it back on her every time I come up she runs away from me

If she is one year old or less then get her spayed or else she will act more crazy at times and then have a whole bunch of kittens. They will be super-cute then grow up and become annoying (for a longer time than they were cute) and require food and water and petting and also they will have a whole bunch of kittens. Then that will keep happening and you will get a large number of cats running around and they will often be hit by a car trying to run across and find food without proper parenting such as my cat Simon would do (though sometimes I think he teaches them to run into the road on purpose, if he doesn't like them.) Also I bet by now your cat has calmed down a bit. Cats have moods where sometimes they feel like HUNTING (especially around dawn and at twilight) and most of the time they feel like sleeping, so if you can catch her when she is getting into sleepy mode then you will have an easy time getting her collar on.
