I am no expert with CO2 but i would say that for the amount of plants you have going by the picture vs the amount of fish you shouldnt really need the CO2 at all.One way to naturally increase CO2 is to run less or no bubbles in the day while the plants are using the CO2 and producing Oxygen and then run bubbles over night to clear out the CO2 the plants produce at night to okeep it safe for the fish.
