You can have many types of plants but make sure not to have any poisonous or toxic plants. "Bromelia excellent" is good and is pretty sturdy for your frogs to climb on. "Golden Cane Palm" can also work. Most Bromeliads, Snake Plant, Pothos, and Creeping Fig fit well with tree frogs and once grown in will allow for plenty of frog activity. Stay away from plants such as umbrella plants since, if broken, the stems contain a toxic sap that can harm the frogs.

I put sand as bedding in my reptile cage but Im afraid they will swallow it

It is worrying but what you can do is feed yourreptile in a cage area that does not have sand. I personally like sand as cagebedding but maybe you shouldn't put sand all around just in specific areas. Youcan also use special carpets for reptiles and put in other areas of the cage.
